All sales of digital products are final! No refunds. 

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

TERMS & CONDITIONS ALL PHYSICAL PRODUCTS INCLUDING NECKLACES, PILLOWCASES, AND PHONE ACCESSORIES

• All sales are final. We unfortunately cannot accept returns, except for products arriving damaged or with manufacturing defects.

• You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you have a question about your order, please email support@theangeljackson.com before opening a PayPal dispute.

• Shop Angelgrace offers a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for up to 30 days after the delivery of each item. If your item is defective, we will replace your product at no extra cost to you. To be eligible for a free replacement, you may need to return the defective item or provide detailed photographic evidence in an email to support@theangeljackson.com. No refunds will be given unless replacement items are out of stock.

• Shop Angelgrace cannot be responsible for your shipment if your item is returned to us undeliverable due to an incorrectly entered address or is unclaimed. You may request for your package to be re-shipped to you once it has been returned, but an additional shipping fee will apply.

• Discount of 20% off your first order in Shop Angelgrace applies to digital download products only.
